Why it’s on the Red Carpet
For Novembre Numérique, the French Institute and Sturmfrei pair two French saxophonists with two Vietnamese guitarists for a fully improvised, free public jazz set. The specific cross-cultural collaboration and open access make this dated programme worth planning around.
Improvised jazz with French saxophonists Jean-Michel Pirollet and Patrice Foudon and Vietnamese guitarists A# and Quốc Khánh, presented by Institut français du Vietnam with Sturmfrei Haus for Novembre Numérique 2026. No fixed melodies; the four artists respond to one another. Free entry.
